Grade Control

A new 2D system integrated in the factory with the machine controls, which helps operators with varying degrees of experience to drastically improve the accuracy of leveling work in a wide range of applications. Compared to the automatic after-sales leveling systems, Grade Control reduces the number of redundant parts (e.g. additional monitors), provides better protection for the GPS receiver and sensors and helps to increase productivity.

Available on most machines, Grade Control increases on-site efficiency and safety, improves reliability and adds value to your machine. Can be adapted to suit individual requirements.

AccuGrade

Earthmoving and leveling works are extremely laborious and their success depends largely on the experience of the staff and the instruments used. AccuGrade GPS reduces the difficulty of carrying out the work and helps operators perform the tasks of excavation and leveling more accurately, thus optimizing the time taken and the costs for materials.

The AccuGrade 3D control system is the best solution for complex projects, including on especially steep slopes. Using GPS technology to position the blade or bucket in a digitized three-dimensional drawing, it shows the operator or hydraulic system of the machine how to vary the height of the blade in order to achieve the project data.

Main advantages:

  • Over 50% increase in production
  • Reduction of working time by achieving the correct result instantly
  • Up to 90% reduction in topographic costs
  • No material wasted
  • Reduced consumption
  • Improved safety
