CGT has prepared a protocol for the management of the Covid-19 emergency during the Phase 2 containing the corporate regulations in compliance with those issued by the Ministry of Health and the Regions to protect the health of its staff, customers and suppliers, both at its own offices and those of others. From May 4th. all our 27 branches with workshops, throughout the Italian territory, return to being fully operational.
We share the main points of the protocol:
CGT offices and branches
All the premises of each CGT offices have been sanitized and the following measures have been established:
- body temperature measurement at the entrance
- social distance of at least 2 meters
- cleaning and sanitizing the cabin of the machines under repair and returned from a rental, as well as the control panels of the generating sets of the rental fleet
We recommend our guests where possible to notify before going to one of our branches (look where we are), in order to avoid waitings and any gatherings.
CGT staff on business trip
As far as possible, our staff will favour digital contact ways. During all the service intervention that will always be guaranteed and any other necessary meetings, the CGT sales and technical staff on business trip will respect the following rules:
- will travel alone, third party transportation will not be permitted
- will use all the personal protective equipment required by the law. During the repair activity, the social distance of 2 meters will be respected and protective masks and gloves will be worn. In case of activities requiring the presence of other technicians, protective glasses will also be worn
- will strictly adhere to all the provisions established by the visited site
